Herbal Adventures is returning to the Clayton House!
We are celebrating the International Herb Society’s 2011 Herb of the Year – Horseradish! We’ll explain how to grow and harvest it and more importantly, the many uses of horseradish. You’ll gain appreciation and respect of this underappreciated herb.
